Tooling
EFI’s tooling capabilities range from rapid prototype to critically accurate production tooling. Through domestic and international strategic partnerships, our master toolmakers have the benefit of working in close coordination with the injection molding facility. The result of this “under one roof” approach is a smooth and efficient path from print to final part development.
Production
Our production is driven by quality and service. We provide a variety of molding processes, from prototyping to short and high volume production runs. We are experienced at using a wide range of molding materials, from nylons and polyester to polyurethane and thermoplastic rubber. Our capabilities include specialized production techniques:
